ABOUT ME...
FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER, I’ve had a fascination with film and television and the technology that makes it possible. I was the elementary school kid who volunteered to run the 16 mm projector in class. I made TV cameras out of cardboard boxes and paper towel tubes. I got my first camera when I was seven and have never let go.
As a teenager I learned dark room skills and video production and I had a few paying gigs both as a photographer and a videographer. My continuing passion for the field led me to Boston University where I graduated with an BS in Broadcasting & Film.

Since then, I’ve spent over 25 years working with New York area corporations and production companies on their corporate, documentary and broadcast programming, commercials and independent films. I’m grateful for the close collaboration I’ve had with many talented directors, writers and producers whom I’ve had the privilege to work with over those many years.
Whether it’s simple, content driven story telling or highly complex layered effects work and multi-screen presentations, I enjoy the challenge of building something from nothing. It’s a process that I liken to that of a sculptor, chipping away at a mass of raw material, to discover and liberate the story within.
